Refund Policy

Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Refund Policy prior to using the software tool provided by WANotifier.com and buying one of our subscription plans.

Due to the nature of our product offering, where we provide a Free Forever subscription plan, we have strict no refund policy in case you do decide to upgrade to one of our paid subscription plans.

The primary goal of free plan is to let you fully test our product without paying us any amount for as long as you want.

We've kept this free plan so that you can see how everything works and are fully satisfied with setting up of your phone number, the API pricing, our features set and everything else related to our software.

After that, it's up to you to decide if the tool is apt for you and whether your want to upgrade to a higher plan to get more limits / features. For this reason we do not offer refunds.

Our tool and WhatsApp API is not for SPAMing.

Note that strictly no refund will be provided if your phone number gets banned or WhatsApp Business account gets disabled if people report your number due to SPAMing.

We show the following disclaimer page right after you create your account. Here you can refer to point no. 3.

Kindly note that we try to re-iterate wherever possible that the API is not made for sending advertisement messages to unknown people.

Sending such messages is against WhatsApp's policy and doing so leads to reduction of phone number's quality rating because people start reporting your messages and that eventually gets your number banned.

As this part is out of WANotifier's control and solely dependent upon how you decide to use our product, we can not provide refund for such cases.

Apart from this if your number gets banned or disabled due to any other reasons related to invalid business documents, invalid website URL or not following any of the other WhatsApp policy, refund will not be provided.

Exception when we may provide refund

We may provide refund, at our sole discretion, if you send a refund request within 48 hours of your purchase or renewal date. This is mainly for users who make payments accidentally or forget to cancel renewals when they do not want to continue. For such cases kindly contact us.

After 48 hours of payment, we'll not be able to provide refund.

Timeline

Once refunded from our end, it may take 5 to 7 working days for it to reflect in the payment method account that you used for the payment.
