Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for customers needing help with setup, troubleshooting, and integrations. You’ll combine problem-solving skills with strong communication to ensure our users succeed in using WANotifier.

This role offers excellent learning opportunities for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to build a strong foundation in SaaS, APIs, and customer-facing technical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support through email, chat, and video calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with setting up API, WordPress plugin, and third-party integrations.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, setup, and feature usage.
  • Track and document recurring issues, creating knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve advanced technical problems.
  • Suggest product and process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
