About Fluent Forms WhatsApp Integration
WANotifier’s Fluent Forms integration plugin lets you connect WhatsApp to your forms and send instant confirmations to users and real-time alerts to admins for every submission. And that’s just the start. With WANotifier’s advanced WhatsApp marketing and automation features, you can automate follow-ups using chatbots and drip sequences, manage and segment your contacts, run personalized campaigns at scale, and do much more using the official WhatsApp Business API.
Setup is fairly simple. All you have to do is:
- Install the WANotifier WordPress plugin on your website and activate it
- Then click on the Connect button under WordPress, and it’ll redirect you to WANotifier.
- Log in to your WANotifier account (or create one if you don’t have it already) and authorize the connection.
- Doing this will establish the connection and create a bunch of trigger events.
- Come back to your WANotifier account and set up a Notification using these triggers
That’s it! Now, whenever someone submits your Fluent form, our system will automatically send a WhatsApp message based on your triggers.

Once your account is set up, install our free WordPress plugin on your website. In the plugin, create triggers for your Fluent Forms submissions and link them to Notifications in your WANotifier account. Whenever a form is submitted, these triggers will automatically fire WhatsApp notifications.
Yes, you can send WhatsApp messages to users who submit the form with their phone number, and notify specific team members. To alert a team member, simply add their number in WANotifier and select it while creating the Notification.
Yes. The integration supports single-step, multi-step, and conditional forms. Triggers are activated after the final form submission, so the form structure doesn’t really affect how they work.
Yes, you can create unique message templates for each form or trigger using variable placeholders like {{ 1 }}, {{ 2 }}, {{ 3 }}, and so on within the body text of the template. These placeholders can be mapped to Data Fields, like First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and custom contact attributes, enabled in your plugin.
