Yes, the integration works with single-step, multi-step, and conditional forms. The trigger is based on the final form submission, regardless of the form structure. Once the user completes and submits the form, the trigger fires and sends the WhatsApp notification.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account for this to work?

Yes, you need a WhatsApp Business API account to use this integration. You can sign up with our tool WANotifier to get it for free!

Is user consent required to send WhatsApp messages?

Yes. Your website’s privacy policy or terms and conditions should state that by submitting a form, users agree to receive WhatsApp messages. This counts as a valid opt-in under WhatsApp’s rules.
