Yes. With the official WhatsApp API, WhatsApp sets a daily messaging limit based on a rolling 24-hour window. This limit depends on your phone number’s status, quality rating, and how frequently your business initiates conversations with unique customers.

The limit starts at 250 messages per day and increases to 1,000 per day once your business is verified on the Meta portal. From there, WhatsApp gradually upgrades your limit to 10,000, 100,000, and eventually unlimited, based on your messaging quality and usage.

Important Note: This limit is set by WhatsApp, not by our tool. Upgrading your WANotifier plan will not automatically increase your daily messaging limit.

You can add multiple WhatsApp phone numbers to your WANotifier account and switch between them anytime from the dashboard.

However, each phone number requires its own subscription plan, which can be either free or paid, depending on the features you want to access for that number.

Yes. Depending on the plan duration you select (monthly or yearly), your subscription will renew automatically using the payment method you provided during your initial purchase.

We will notify you a few days before the end of your subscription period, before charging your card. You can cancel or pause the renewal at any time before your current billing cycle ends to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, even after you’ve subscribed to a particular plan. Your billing will be adjusted automatically based on the remaining balance of your current plan.

WANotifier, like most SaaS tools, is billed on a pre-paid basis. That means you need to pay upfront for the monthly or annual plan you choose.

WhatsApp API charges, on the other hand, are post-paid. These are billed directly by Meta on their portal based on your usage. Meta automatically charges your saved payment method once you reach a certain threshold. This threshold is initially lower but gradually increases as you send more messages and pay more bills.

No, we don’t charge any cancellation fees.

Since WANotifier plans are pre-paid, you can continue using all features until the end of your current billing cycle. As long as you cancel before the next renewal date, you won’t be charged again.

Message templates are reusable, pre-approved messages that allow you to initiate conversations with your contacts using the WhatsApp Business API. Like email templates, you can create a message template once, personalize it with variables like {{1}}, {{2}}, and so on, and reuse it to reach multiple contacts.

Since WhatsApp does not allow businesses to send free-form messages to users unless they’ve initiated a conversation with them, you must use a message template to start any interaction.

Note that before you can send a message template, it must be approved by WhatsApp to ensure that it meets their guidelines. Once approved, you can use it to message your contacts.
