When you connect your phone number with us, the onboarding happens through Meta's own Embedded Signup Flow process. All the messages you send to your customers from our tool are sent using the official WhatsApp APIs.

Note: Beware of other bulk senders in the market that allow you to send messages for free by asking you to scan a QR code. They're not legitimate and are unauthorized by WhatsApp and will get your phone number banned.

With free plan you can add limited number of contacts to your account and send messages to them. There are a few other restrictions in terms of features. The free plan is best to test out the tool and see if it fits your needs.

If you want to add more contacts or want to use one of the features available in our paid plans, you can upgrade your account.

Yes. With the official WhatsApp API, WhatsApp sets a daily maximum messaging limit in a rolling 24-hour period depending upon your phone number Status, Quality Rating, and how often your business initiates conversations with unique customers.

The limit is initially set at 250 messages per day and increases to 1000 per day once you verify your business on Meta portal.

Then WhatsApp automatically keeps increasing your limit to 10,000, 1,00,000 and unlimited per day gradually according to your usage and quality of messages that you're sending.

Important Note: This limit is not set by our tool, it is set by WhatsApp. Your WANotifier subscription plan and the daily messaging limit are not related to each other. Upgrading WANotifier plan will not automatically increase your daily messaging limit.

You can add as many WhatsApp phone number with each WANotifier account. You can switch between your phone numbers anytime from the dashboard.

For each phone number you will need a separate subscription plan. It can be either free or paid depending upon which phone number you want to upgrade to a higher plan.

Yes. Depending upon the plan duration you select (monthly or yearly), your subscription will be renewed automatically by charging the payment method that you used during your initial purchase.

We will intimate you a few days before the end of your subscription period before charging your card. You can cancel / pause the renewal at anytime before end of your subscription period if you want.

To maintain quality of messages sent on the WhatsApp platform, WhatsApp requires each business-initiated message to be approved by them. For this you need to create and send message templates to WhatsApp for approval.

Once you create and send a message template to them, they review it and either approve or reject it depending upon the content. Once a message template is approved you can send that to your contacts.

Note that there is no way to send direct messages to your contact except starting with a message template. You can learn more about message templates here.
