Refund Policy
WANotifier offers a 7 days free trial and a Free Forever plan so you can fully test and evaluate our product features, understand API pricing, do setup, and integrations before committing to a paid subscription.
Because of this, all payments for our paid plans are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once you upgrade to a paid subscription.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund if you contact us with a request within 48 hours of your payment or renewal, typically for accidental payments or forgotten renewals. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be considered for refunds.
Additionally, if your phone number gets banned due to violations of WhatsApp’s anti-spam policies, no refunds will be provided in any case.
Using WANotifier or the WhatsApp API for spam or unsolicited messaging or using invalid business documents, non-compliant website URLs, or any actions that violate WhatsApp’s terms is entirely at your own risk and can result in account restrictions or bans, for which we take no responsibility and do not offer refunds.
